An emulsion pump is a matching tool for taking out the contents of a cosmetic container. It is a liquid dispenser that uses the principle of atmospheric balance to pump out the material in the bottle by pressing and replenishing the outside atmosphere into the bottle.
1、Structural components
Conventional lotion heads often consist of accessories such as a press nozzle/press head, upper pump column, locking cap, gasket, bottle cap, pump stopper, lower pump column, spring, pump body, glass ball and suction tube. Depending on the structural design requirements of different pumps, the relevant accessories will vary, but the principle and the ultimate aim is the same, which is to effectively remove the contents.

2、Production process
Most of the accessories of the pump head are made of PE, PP, LDPE and other plastic materials, which are moulded by injection. The accessories, such as glass beads, springs and gaskets, are generally purchased from outside. The main components of the pump head can be applied in electroplating, electrochemical aluminium cover, spraying, injection moulding colours, etc. The pump head can be graphically printed on both the nozzle surface and the bushing surface and can be processed using printing processes such as hot stamping/silver, silk-screening and pad printing.
